A QUIET SUNDAY BRUNCH day in the life session

Last December I was invited by Julie and Nico to spend a weekend with them in Fornovo di Taro, a small village near Parma where they are currently living. I had already been lucky enough to share a couple of days with them in Ponza, last October. They came all the way from north Italy to spend some time with me and have their story told through my photographs. We spent two days hiking, adventuring through old ruined buildings and enjoying delicious fish recipes by my friend Paolo. We just became friends so naturally. And I was asked to be their wedding photographer so naturally as well. It was at the end of our sunrise portrait session, while we were happily eating croissants on top of a cliff, enjoying a stunning view over the sea and the island of Palmarola. Being able to be again with them for a weekend just filled me with joy. I will never be grateful enough for the kindness they reserved to me. Here are a few photographs from an awesome sunday brunch at home with them.
